David Lincoln
electronic technician,
U.S. Postal Service
Kevin Stehle, the
supervisor of maintenance operations at the USPS processing facility
in Syracuse, N.Y., applauds this technician’s hard work and skills:
“David’s commitment to the Postal Service is shown by his
willingness to be involved in all aspects of automation and
mechanization. Dave’s leadership abilities were quite evident during
a recent Time and Attendance Collection System (TACS) upgrade at the
Syracuse plant. Dave met with management to schedule dates, times,
equipment, staffing and direction needed for the upcoming TACS
conversion. His voluntary involvement assured continuing success in
this program.
“Because of
Dave’s exceptional ability to troubleshoot problems, he is heavily
relied upon to repair many different pieces of equipment. When other
technicians can’t resolve an equipment problem, they always seek his
assistance.
“Dave has
successfully solved many unusual problems throughout his career. He
exerts extra effort to complete tasks properly the first time with a
concern for positive end results.”
