Wow. My first three months as editor of

And the wind speed keeps picking up. I’ve just returned from the
American Airlines Tulsa Maintenance Base — the largest aircraft
maintenance facility in the world — with the story of how
American’s
management and union are working together to transform the base from a
cost- to profit-center for the airline. American Airlines and its
